Hi, I’m Adam Marx.

I am a networking & branding consultant, tech founder, journalist, music entrepreneur, and the founder of The Zero to One Networker.

I’ll teach you how to open doors to new opportunities seemingly out of thin air.

How I got started:

As the former Founder & CEO of music-tech startup Glipple, Inc., I first learned the power of building relationships by cutting my teeth in the independent music world where I built a global network of artists, producers, engineers, and journalists.

That’s where I learned core networking techniques like:

  1. Authentic outreach

  2. Successful follow-up strategies

  3. Core conference navigation tactics

  4. Compelling content creation

  5. How to scale & maintain city-wide networks

As a networking consultant & speaker, my strategies draw on more than a decade of experiences in the music & tech industries to teach others how to create access & powerful relationships through tactics of patience, consistency, & storytelling.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with numerous organizations, including TechStars Atlanta, the Atlanta Tech Village, Startup Atlanta, SHRM, & South by Southwest (SXSW), where I’ve advised & mentored founders on developing magnetic dialogues, scaling access, & maintaining long-term relationships.

My talks include those delivered at SXSW, Atlanta Tech Week, EVOLVE, Georgia Tech, Emory, & Georgia State University, and I was further truly humbled to be a finalist for the 2025 Atlanta Startup Awards.

Building amazing networks and relationships is about more than just getting a few sales done — that’s why non-transactional networking is such a critical skill in identifying even bigger business opportunities. When people see my trademark orange sunglasses, they recognize a brand that stands for amazing dialogues built around the larger missions of equality, diversity & humility.

Life is relationships — let’s begin!
